Privacy
How Tuff Emoto uses information needed to process orders and answer messages.
What we collect
- Order information such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, purchased items, and order history.
- Messages and contact information you submit through our contact form.
- Limited technical information used by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site, such as an IP address and request data.
- Payment information is submitted directly to Shopify and its payment providers. Tuff Emoto does not receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to process and fulfill orders, provide delivery updates, answer questions, handle order problems, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal or tax obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who processes it
We share information only as needed with service providers that operate the store:
- Shopify processes checkout, payment, order, and fraud-prevention information.
- Printful receives the order and shipping information needed to produce and deliver made-to-order products.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and helps deliver contact-form messages.
- Shipping carriers receive the delivery information needed to deliver an order.
No advertising tracking
We do not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or a marketing-email signup on this site.
Cookies
The cart stores its contents in your browser so it survives between pages. Cart contents are sent to Shopify when you choose Checkout. Shopify and our service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for checkout, security, fraud prevention, and order processing.
Retention and your choices
We keep order records for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information through our contact form. We may retain information that the law requires us to keep.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian should place orders for a child.
