Shipping
Available delivery options, shipping costs and estimated timing are shown during Shopify checkout based on the items in your cart and the delivery address. US orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Products are made to order by Printful. Production time is separate from carrier transit time, and items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is sent by email when it becomes available.
Cancellations and order changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can only make a change or issue a cancellation refund if Printful has not started fulfillment. Orders move into production quickly, so requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order is being fulfilled, the product, size, color, and design cannot be changed and the order cannot be canceled. An address change may still be possible before shipment, but it is not guaranteed. Once a package ships, it cannot be rerouted or recalled.
Returns
Every product is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or other buyer’s remorse. Please check product details, size, color, and shipping address before completing checkout.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number and a description of the problem. We will request clear photos when needed and, after review, arrange an eligible replacement or refund. You generally will not need to mail a defective item back.
For a package lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, replacement and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Do not mail a product to Tuff Emoto or Printful without contacting us first. Start every request through our contact form. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
